IT’S NOT TOO LATE

“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.”
Isaiah 6:8 KJV

Have you surrendered your heart and life to Jesus in full time service? If not, it’s not too late to serve Him. “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest. behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest” (John 4:35).

Just as Jesus stands at the door of our heart and knocks to let Him come in, so He is calling us to surrender our heart and life to Him in full time service. Will you say yes to Jesus? Do you love Him enough to shut off the television and get out of your comfort zone and serve Him?

Jesus left His Father, His home and all that He had to come to earth and die on the cross for you so you may have your sins forgiven. “Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends” (John 15:13). No one loves us more than Jesus loves us and no one ever will.

Jesus laid down His life for you. What have you laid down for Him? How we must hurt Him and break His heart because we watch television more than we serve Him. Jesus has called all of us into full time service for Him but many people have refused to get out of their comfort zone and serve Him.

Jesus may not be calling you to go to a different country but He is calling you to give Him all of your time and your talents. Does Jesus have first place in your heart or does watching television come before Him? May God have mercy on us if Jesus is not first in our heart and life.
