STILL LEARNING

“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
Proverbs 3:5,6 KJV

I think if we will be honest all of us will have to admit that we are still learning to trust Jesus with all our heart. He has proved Himself faithful time and time again, yet we still have doubts and wonder if He will help us. How we must hurt Him and break His heart. He died for us yet we still have trouble trusting Him.

Jesus has promised us that He will never leave us and that He will love us forever. Jesus loves us as much today as He did yesterday and He will love us as much tomorrow as He does today. What a comfort and encouragement it is to our weary battle scarred heart to know that Jesus loves us.

Do you trust Jesus with all your heart? Are you allowing Him to lead you down the path He wants you to go or do you insist on doing things your way? It is time that we start trusting Jesus with all our heart and do it His way instead of doing things our way. It is always safe to trust Jesus. What He says, He will do.

What a Saviour. What a friend, this Jesus of Nazareth. All hail, King Jesus! Worthy is the Lamb of God! Jesus, thank You so much for leading me down the path of joy, happiness, peace and excitement. I do trust You and I love You with all of my heart.

Heavenly Father, please forgive us for hurting Jesus because we continue to do things our way instead of His way. I know that it hurts You and breaks Your heart because we don’t trust Your beloved Son with all our heart. Help us to trust Jesus with all of our heart. Thank You for loving us, dear Father. Amen.
