YOU ARE A LOVING FATHER

“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
John 3:16 KJV

When I was a child, I was afraid of my dad because he yelled so much and cursed so much. I realize now why he did the things he did. It was because he didn’t feel loved. It’s difficult for us to give love to others if we have never felt loved. It is urgent and very important that we love people and tell them they are loved.

Have you ever felt that your dad doesn’t love you or care about you? Are you afraid of your dad? Does your dad yell at you and curse you? Do you run to your room and hide? If so, know that our Heavenly Father loves you so much He sent His Son to die for your sins. He will adopt you and He will protect you.

We have a loving compassionate, tender and forgiving Heavenly Father. What a privilege is ours to have our sins forgiven and be adopted into His family through the cleansing redeeming blood of His dear Son that He shed for us on the cross. How thankful I am that God is my Heavenly Father.

Heavenly Father, You are a loving Father and we are precious to You. How reassuring it is to know that You love us so much that You sent Jesus into the world to die for our sins so we can be saved. Thank You from the bottom of my heart for loving me and for protecting me. I love You so much, dear Father. Amen.
